Keva Jackson

PMHNP, Dual Board-Certified Family & Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I'm Keva Jackson. I'm a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner—just two of the many hats I wear. I've spent my career leading in places where the stakes are high—behavioral health, trauma, leadership, and crisis—and helping people find hope and navigate through when life has convinced them there isn't any left.

On paper, I've earned the degrees, built the businesses, led the teams, and stood behind the podiums. But none of those titles tell the whole story. I've known what it feels like to keep showing up while carrying grief, disappointment, burnout, and the quiet weight of being the one everyone depends on. I've learned that high-functioning doesn't always mean healthy, and success doesn't make you immune to anxiety, trauma, loss, or the need to heal. My own journey has deepened my conviction that healing isn't about pretending to have it all together—it's about having the courage to become whole.

That perspective changed how I practice.

From a place where high-achieving professionals, caregivers, leaders, parents, entrepreneurs, and ministry leaders can finally exhale. The ones who are successful on the outside but exhausted on the inside. You don't have to prove you're struggling enough to deserve support. You don't have to choose between being strong and being cared for.

My approach is trauma-informed, evidence-based, and deeply relational. As an ACEs trainer with experience in attachment-based interventions, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and psychiatric care across the lifespan, I believe healing begins when people feel safe enough to be honest. You don't have to perform here. You don't have to have the right words. You don't have to earn compassion.

You can show up exactly as you are. Bring your ambition, your faith, your questions, your exhaustion, your victories, your setbacks, and every part of your story.

Because healing isn't about becoming someone else.

It's about becoming fully yourself.
