How do you plan to pay?

I understand that this is a private-pay, non-crisis practice and I can afford the $250 OR $500 first appointment + monthly membership [depending on the tier I am booking]. I also understand even though there are no cancellation fees once service has begun, however there is a $100 cancellation fee associated with missing the first appointment.
